Overview

HSK46256 is an orally bioavailable, highly selective small molecule inhibitor of Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1), developed by Shenyang Haisco Pharmaceutical. Unlike first-generation PARP inhibitors that inhibit both PARP1 and PARP2, HSK46256 is designed to selectively target PARP1 to potentially reduce hematological toxicities associated with PARP2 inhibition, such as anemia and thrombocytopenia. It is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials in China for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring specific DNA damage repair (DDR) gene mutations, such as BRCA1/2 mutations.
