HST-1011

HST-1011 is an investigational, orally bioavailable, selective small molecule allosteric inhibitor of casitas B-lineage lymphoma-B (CBL-B), an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase that acts as a master regulator of immune cell function. By inhibiting CBL-B, HST-1011 enhances the activation and propagation of effector immune cells such as T cells and natural killer cells, thereby boosting anti-tumor immunity. The drug is being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors in adults who are relapsed or refractory to anti-PD(L)1 therapies or other standard treatments. Early clinical data indicate it is generally well tolerated with manageable side effects primarily gastrointestinal in nature[1][2][3][4][5][8].
