HT-004

HT-004 is an investigational antisense oligonucleotide therapeutic developed by Hoth Therapeutics. It is designed to reduce lung inflammation in asthma and allergic disorders by targeting Fc epsilon receptor I beta (FcER1-beta) alternative exon splicing, thereby modulating the immune response associated with allergic airway diseases. Preclinical studies in mouse models have demonstrated that inhaled HT-004 significantly reduces peribronchiolar inflammation and inflammatory cell recruitment following allergen challenge. The drug shares its molecular class with another Hoth Therapeutics candidate, HT-KIT, which targets the cKIT pathway in mast cells[1][5][7][9].
