HT-6105

HT-6105 is a small molecule inhibitor of the NLRP3 inflammasome being developed by Halia Therapeutics. It is designed to treat inflammatory pain by modulating the NLRP3 (NACHT, LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 3) pathway, which is a key component of the innate immune system. The NLRP3 inflammasome complex, when activated, triggers the maturation and release of potent pro-inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18). By inhibiting the assembly or activation of this complex, HT-6105 aims to reduce the neuroinflammation and systemic inflammation that drive chronic and acute pain conditions, offering a potential non-opioid therapeutic approach for pain management.
