Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HT001 is a frameshift peptide (FSP) developed by Oryx GmbH & Co. KG. It is a component of a therapeutic vaccine designed to treat advanced microsatellite unstable (MSI-H) colorectal cancer. The vaccine, which also includes AIM2(-1) and TAF1B(-1) peptides along with the adjuvant Montanide® ISA-51 VG, aims to induce or enhance immune responses against MSI-induced FSPs that are shared by the majority of MSI-H colorectal cancers. The goal is to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of vaccination against MSI-induced FSPs in generating immune responses against MSI-H colorectal cancer-associated antigens.
