hTERT324-332 peptide is a peptide vaccine designed to induce an immune response against human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT). It functions by stimulating hTERT324–332-specific CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) in the peripheral blood, aiming to target cancer cells that express hTERT. The peptide is administered via subcutaneous injection, typically with an adjuvant like Montanide ISA51. It has been investigated in phase I/II clinical studies for the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma and metastatic prostate cancer.
