HTMC0370

HTMC0370 is an orally bioavailable, potent, and selective small molecule inhibitor of the KRAS G12D mutant protein. Developed by Shanghai Yidian Pharmaceutical Technology Development Co., Ltd., it is designed to target advanced solid tumors harboring the KRAS G12D mutation, which is prevalent in pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers. By binding to the KRAS G12D protein, HTMC0370 prevents the activation of downstream signaling pathways, such as the MAPK/ERK pathway, that drive tumor cell proliferation and survival. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials in China to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors.
