HTMC0503 is an investigational, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor specifically targeting the KRAS G12D mutation. Developed by Shanghai Yidian Pharmaceutical Technology Development, it is designed to address advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic, colorectal, and non-small cell lung cancers, where the KRAS G12D mutation frequently acts as a primary oncogenic driver. By binding to the mutant KRAS protein, HTMC0503 prevents the activation of downstream signaling pathways, such as the MAPK/ERK cascade, which are essential for tumor cell proliferation and survival.
