Overview

HTO-066 is an investigational small-molecule tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) agonist initially developed by Carna Biosciences for potential immunology-related indications, and is currently reported to be in preclinical development. As a TYK2 agonist, it is designed to modulate Janus kinase–signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK–STAT) signaling pathways in immune cells, although detailed target profile, indication focus, and pharmacologic data have not yet been publicly disclosed.
