Overview

**HTPEP-AT01** is a preclinical combination immuno-oncology program from Huitai Biomedicine for fibrosis-related solid tumors. It combines **HTPEP-001**, a peptide designed to antagonize the thrombospondin-1 and CD36 interaction and thereby reduce activation of transforming growth factor beta 1 signaling, with an anti-programmed cell death protein 1 monoclonal antibody. The strategy is intended to remodel the fibrotic, immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment while restoring antitumor T-cell activity through PD-1 checkpoint blockade.
