Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HU1084-DXD is an **antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)** composed of a humanized anti-tissue factor monoclonal antibody (clone 1084, referred to as hu1084) conjugated to **deruxtecan (DXd)**, a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, via a cleavable linker. The antibody targets tissue factor (TF), which is highly expressed in several cancers, including pancreatic cancer. Upon binding to TF-positive tumor cells, HU1084-DXD is internalized and releases DXd intracellularly, leading to DNA damage and cell death. Preclinical studies demonstrated that HU1084-DXD exhibits significant antitumor activity in cell line-derived and patient-derived xenograft models of pancreatic cancer.
