Huangqi Simiao Decoction

Huangqi Simiao Decoction (HSD) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal formula used primarily for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and related metabolic disorders. The decoction consists of multiple herbs, with key active components identified as quercetin, kaempferol, stigmasterol, baicalein, β-sitosterol, flavodoxin, canthaxanthin, and berberine.
