huCD19.28.z-CAR is a second-generation chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) construct designed to target the human CD19 antigen. The receptor typically consists of a humanized or human-derived single-chain variable fragment (scFv) specific for CD19, linked to a CD28 costimulatory domain and a CD3-zeta (CD3ζ) signaling domain.
