Overview

huCD39 mAb is a novel single-epitope anti-CD39 nanobody designed to block CD39, a key ectonucleotidase that drives adenosine production and acts as a critical immunosuppressive checkpoint in cancer. By inhibiting CD39, this nanobody aims to reverse T-cell suppression, enhance T-cell proliferation and functionality, and consequently inhibit tumor growth. Preclinical studies have demonstrated its significant anti-tumor efficacy in immunocompetent mouse models and against ovarian cancer xenografts.
