HUFF01 is an autologous bone marrow-derived stem cell therapy being developed by Rainbow for chronic phase cerebral hemorrhage. It is a regenerative cell therapy product that uses a patient's own bone marrow-derived stem cells with the intended goal of promoting neural and tissue repair, engraftment, and functional recovery after intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke in the chronic stage. Based on Rainbow's pipeline, HUFF01 is in Phase 1 development in Japan, and no discrete molecular target has been publicly specified.
