Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HuGuXiaoJiTang (HGXJT) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) herbal decoction developed by Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with bone metastases. The formula is designed to be administered in combination with standard-of-care immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and chemotherapy. It aims to provide bone protection and exert anti-tumor effects (mass-dispersing) by modulating the tumor and bone microenvironments. HGXJT is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2 clinical trial (NCT05378334) to determine its efficacy and safety in improving clinical outcomes for patients with advanced NSCLC and skeletal involvement.
