Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Huizhisu is a nutraceutical product composed of extracts from rice bran and soybean. It is primarily investigated in China for its potential therapeutic effects in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The product is hypothesized to support neurodevelopment and improve behavioral symptoms associated with ASD, possibly through nutritional support or metabolic modulation provided by its plant-based components. A multicenter, open, self-controlled clinical trial (ChiCTR1900027251) has been conducted by Beijing Anding Hospital to evaluate its efficacy and safety in this population.
