Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HuLYM-1DAP CAR-T is a preclinical chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Augmenta Bioworks for the treatment of B-cell and T-cell lymphomas. The therapy utilizes a humanized binder discovered through Augmenta's proprietary Deep Antibody Processing (DAP) platform, which identifies high-affinity human antibodies from elite-responder patients. The HuLYM-1 component is designed to target a specific epitope of the HLA-DR antigen, a protein frequently expressed on the surface of various lymphoid malignancies. By leveraging this target, HuLYM-1DAP CAR-T aims to provide a therapeutic option for patients with both B-cell and T-cell lineage cancers, utilizing the patient's own immune system to recognize and eliminate malignant cells.
