Jango-Restore (humadstrocel) is a cell therapy candidate developed by JangoBio for the treatment of osteoarthritis. The therapy utilizes partially differentiated adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) to address joint degeneration and inflammation. By leveraging the regenerative properties of these stem cells, Jango-Restore aims to restore joint function and improve patient outcomes in human osteoarthritis. The program is currently in the preclinical stage of development and is being advanced by JangoMed, a subsidiary of JangoBio.
