Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells for injection (developed under code names AG1001, AG1002, and AG2001) is an allogeneic, standardized stem cell therapy developed by Beijing Aige Stem Cell Technology. The therapy utilizes mesenchymal stem cells isolated and expanded from the adipose tissue of healthy donors. These cells possess multi-lineage differentiation potential and secrete a variety of bioactive factors that mediate immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, and pro-angiogenic effects. It is being evaluated in clinical trials for the treatment of hand skin lesions in systemic sclerosis (AG1001), localized scleroderma (AG1002), and diabetic foot ulcers (AG2001).
