Human allogeneic dental follicle stem cell preparation is a regenerative medicine product composed of mesenchymal stem cells derived from the dental follicle tissue of human donors. These cells are characterized by their high proliferative capacity and multipotent differentiation potential, including the ability to differentiate into osteoblasts, cementoblasts, and periodontal ligament-like cells. The primary mechanism involves promoting regeneration and repair of periodontal tissues (including alveolar bone, cementum, and periodontal ligament) through direct differentiation as well as paracrine effects that modulate local inflammation and enhance tissue healing. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that transplantation or injection of these cells can lead to significant regeneration in models of periodontal defects. The product is under clinical development for use in periodontitis-related bone defects and other oral/maxillofacial regenerative indications[1][4][5].
