Overview

Human CD19-CD22 Targeted T Cells Injection is an autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by Hrain Biotechnology. It is designed to simultaneously target two B-cell specific antigens, CD19 and CD22, to mitigate the risk of relapse due to antigen escape, a common challenge in single-target CAR-T therapies. This specific formulation is being investigated for patients with refractory or relapsed B-cell malignancies that have central nervous system (CNS) involvement, such as CNS lymphoma and B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. A unique aspect of its clinical development is the dual administration route—intravenous and intrathecal—aimed at overcoming the blood-brain barrier and directly targeting malignant cells within the cerebrospinal fluid and CNS tissues.
