Human growth hormone-releasing peptide 3 (GHRP-3) is a synthetic peptide that stimulates growth hormone (GH) secretion from the pituitary gland. It belongs to the class of growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs) that have potent stimulatory effects on the GH-IGF-I system. GHRP-3 is a small C-terminally amidated peptide comprising four to seven amino acid residues.
