Human mesenchymal stem cell-derived growth factors (hMSC-GFs) are a cell-free therapeutic agent composed of the secretome harvested from cultured human mesenchymal stem cells. Developed by Beijing Friendship Hospital for facial rejuvenation, this product contains a concentrated array of paracrine signaling molecules, including vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), and fibroblast growth factor (FGF). These factors work synergistically to modulate the dermal microenvironment, stimulating fibroblasts to increase the production of extracellular matrix proteins such as collagen and elastin. This process helps to reverse skin atrophy and improve elasticity. Additionally, the growth factors promote neoangiogenesis and possess anti-inflammatory properties, which contribute to the overall repair and revitalization of aged or damaged facial skin without the risks associated with live cell transplantation.
