Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Calviri's Human Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF-1) Therapeutic Vaccine is an off-the-shelf cancer vaccine based on the Recurrent Expressed Deletion Neoantigen (REDN) platform. It is designed to target specific neoantigens identified through Calviri's proprietary REDN Discovery chips, which detect frameshift mutations and other recurrent neoantigens common in NF-1-associated tumors. The vaccine aims to stimulate a robust anti-tumor immune response in pediatric patients with NF-1-associated brain cancers, specifically pediatric gliomas. The program is currently in IND-enabling development in partnership with Children's National Hospital.
