Overview

NBP615 is a human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine composed of purified virus-like particles (VLPs) made from the major capsid (L1) proteins of HPV subtypes 6, 11, 16, and 18. It is designed for active immunization against these four HPV types. The vaccine is administered intramuscularly and aims to prevent diseases associated with these HPV strains, including cervical cancer and genital warts. NBP615 is being developed by SK Bioscience (a subsidiary of SK Chemicals), with its highest reported clinical development status as Phase 2 for the prevention or treatment of cervical cancer[1][2][3][4].
