Human placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cell gel is a topical therapeutic product consisting of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) isolated from human placental tissue, formulated within a gel carrier. These cells are characterized by their ability to secrete a wide array of bioactive molecules, including growth factors (such as VEGF and EGF) and anti-inflammatory cytokines, which collectively promote wound healing, reduce inflammation, and stimulate tissue regeneration.
