Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The Human RMC Therapeutic Vaccine is an off-the-shelf cancer vaccine being developed by Calviri for the treatment of renal medullary cancer (RMC), a rare and aggressive malignancy. It is based on the proprietary RNA-Error Derived Neoantigens (REDNs) platform, which identifies shared frameshift peptides generated by tumor-specific RNA processing errors. Unlike personalized neoantigen vaccines, this therapeutic is designed as a pre-made product targeting antigens common across RMC patients. The vaccine is currently in development, with plans for a first-in-human clinical trial in collaboration with MD Anderson Cancer Center.
