Drug intelligence / Profile preview
humanized anti-CD52 monoclonal antibody is a recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting CD52 (CAMPATH-1 antigen). Co-developed by Lanzhou Institute of Biological Products and Shanghai Taiyin Biotechnology, it is designed to treat various hematological malignancies by binding to CD52 on the surface of mature lymphocytes and inducing cell depletion via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). The drug is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in China for the treatment of relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL)—including chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), prolymphocytic leukemia (PLL), peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL)—as well as previously untreated T-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (T-PLL).
