humanized CAR-CD19-T

Humanized CAR-CD19-T is a type of Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy developed by CARsgen Therapeutics. This cell therapy involves genetically engineering a patient's T-cells to express a humanized CAR that specifically targets the CD19 antigen. CD19 is a protein found on the surface of B cells, and its expression is common in various B-cell malignancies, including leukemia.
