**HuMax-CD74 ADC** is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Genmab using Seattle Genetics' ADC technology, featuring a human monoclonal antibody (HuMax-CD74) that specifically targets **CD74**, a type II transmembrane glycoprotein highly expressed on B-cell malignancies and certain solid tumors. The antibody is site-specifically conjugated to a cytotoxic payload via a linker, enabling targeted delivery of the toxin to CD74-positive cancer cells while minimizing off-target effects.
