Humylub Ofteno PF

**Humylub Ofteno PF** is an ophthalmic solution containing **sodium hyaluronate 0.1%** and **chondroitin sulfate 0.18%**, developed by **Laboratorios Sophia** for the treatment of mild to moderate **dry eye disease**. It functions as a lubricant by mimicking natural tears, with sodium hyaluronate providing viscoelastic hydration to the ocular surface and chondroitin sulfate enhancing mucoadhesion and protection against epithelial damage. The product is preservative-free (PF), suitable for frequent use, and has demonstrated efficacy in improving symptoms (OSDI score), tear break-up time, ocular staining, and hyperemia in a completed Phase 4 non-inferiority trial against comparators like Hyabak and Lagricel Ofteno PF.[1][3][8][10]
