Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HuOHX10 is a humanized anti-OX40 IgG agonist monoclonal antibody being developed by JN Biosciences for cancer immunotherapy. It targets OX40 (also known as CD134 or TNFRSF4), a costimulatory member of the TNF receptor superfamily expressed on activated T cells. As an agonist, HuOHX10 is designed to stimulate OX40 signaling, which provides costimulatory signals that enhance T-cell activation, proliferation, and survival, thereby promoting anti-tumor immune responses. The drug is currently in the lead optimization/preclinical stage of development and utilizes JN Biosciences' proprietary MultYmab™ platform to generate hexameric IgG antibodies capable of acting as potent agonists against TNF receptor superfamily members.
