Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HuRicell-Derma is an autologous cell therapy candidate developed by Hurimbiocell for the treatment of vitiligo. The therapy utilizes adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) in combination with melanin transplantation technology to restore skin pigmentation in affected areas. Developed in collaboration with Dong-guk University, the product aims to repopulate depigmented skin with functional melanin-producing cells by leveraging the regenerative potential of stem cells to support melanocyte survival and activity. HuRicell-Derma has completed nonclinical GLP studies and is progressing toward Phase 1/2a clinical trials in South Korea, with support from the Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW).
