Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HuYON007 is a humanized monoclonal antibody agonist targeting Death Receptor 4 (DR4), also known as TRAIL-R1 or Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 10A. Developed by JN Biosciences, the therapeutic utilizes the proprietary MultYmab technology to create a multimeric IgG1 antibody structure. This unique configuration is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional bivalent antibodies by effectively inducing the trimerization of DR4 on the surface of tumor cells, a necessary step for the activation of the extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway. HuYON007 is intended to trigger programmed cell death in DR4-expressing cancer cells and is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation for the treatment of various hematological and solid malignancies.
