Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HV-1 is a next-generation oncolytic virus developed by StingInn LLC that targets tumor cells to restore and activate Stimulator of interferon genes protein (STING) signaling. Many cancers evade the immune system by losing STING functionality; HV-1 aims to reconstitute this pathway, thereby increasing the immunogenicity of the tumor microenvironment and stimulating a robust anti-tumor immune response. It is currently in preclinical development for the treatment of various solid tumors, potentially in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors.
