It remains in preclinical/IND-enabling studies as of mid-2025, with a Phase 1 trial planned for lung and platinum-resistant ovarian cancers. Mechanistically, the antibody portion targets PTK7 on cancer cells, while the payload interferes with DNA replication via topoisomerase I inhibition, aiming for potent tumor cell killing with improved safety margins[1][3][5][6][7][9].
