Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HxB2.WT.Core-C4b is an experimental HIV vaccine immunogen designed to boost and further mature broadly neutralizing antibody (bnAb)-precursor B-cell lineages elicited by a priming immunogen (426c.Mod.Core-C4b). It is derived from the HxB2 HIV Env protein and targets the CD4-binding site of HIV envelope. In current clinical trials, it is adjuvanted with 3M-052 AF + Alum and used as a booster following priming with 426c.Mod.Core-C4b.
