HXN-2022

HXN-2022 is a preclinical bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by Earendil Labs (Helixon) for the treatment of solid tumors. The drug candidate is designed to simultaneously target the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1), two antigens frequently overexpressed in a variety of cancers. By binding to these dual targets, HXN-2022 is intended to selectively deliver a cytotoxic payload directly into tumor cells, thereby enhancing anti-tumor activity while potentially minimizing systemic toxicity. This dual-targeting approach may also help overcome resistance to traditional EGFR-targeted therapies and improve the therapeutic index in patients with tumors expressing both markers.
