Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY-0004 is a small molecule dual-targeting inhibitor developed by Huiyu Anlaibo Pharmaceutical Technology, a subsidiary of Sichuan Huiyu Pharmaceutical. It is designed to simultaneously inhibit the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). By targeting both receptors, HY-0004 aims to provide enhanced therapeutic efficacy and overcome resistance mechanisms that often limit the effectiveness of single-target inhibitors in various solid tumors. As of early 2024, the compound is in the IND-enabling stage of development, with primary indications including solid tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and breast cancer.
