HY-0004 is a small molecule dual-targeting inhibitor developed by Huiyu Anlaibo Pharmaceutical Technology, a subsidiary of Sichuan Huiyu Pharmaceutical. It is designed to simultaneously inhibit the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) and the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2). By targeting both receptors, HY-0004 aims to provide enhanced therapeutic efficacy and overcome resistance mechanisms that often limit the effectiveness of single-target inhibitors in various solid tumors.
