Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY-0005 is a trispecific T-cell engager (TCE) biologic being developed by Huiyu Anlaibo Pharmaceutical Technology. As a trispecific antibody, it is engineered to bind simultaneously to three distinct epitopes, typically including a tumor-associated antigen and the CD3 subunit of the T-cell receptor complex. This multi-specific binding facilitates the formation of an immunological synapse between cytotoxic T cells and cancer cells, leading to targeted T-cell activation and subsequent lysis of the tumor cells. The specific tumor-associated target for this construct is designated as TNFCE3 in company pipeline documentation. HY-0005 is currently in the early stages of clinical development, specifically the IND-enabling or Phase 1 phase, for the treatment of oncology indications.
