HY-0014

HY-0014 is a small molecule drug candidate currently under development by Huiyu Anlaibo Pharmaceutical Technology. It is designed to operate through a synthetic lethal mechanism, a therapeutic strategy that exploits specific genetic deficiencies in cancer cells. By targeting a protein or pathway that is essential only in the presence of a particular genetic mutation (such as those found in certain tumors), HY-0014 aims to selectively induce cell death in malignant tissues while minimizing impact on healthy cells. As of early 2024, the program is in the IND-enabling stage, progressing toward initial clinical evaluation.
