Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY-007 is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy product that targets both CD123 (interleukin-3 receptor alpha-subunit) and CD33 antigens. It was developed for the treatment of hematological malignancies, particularly acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The dual targeting of CD123 and CD33 aims to enhance anti-leukemic efficacy by addressing tumor heterogeneity and reducing the risk of relapse due to antigen escape. The drug was initially developed by Juventas Cell Therapy.
