Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY-0102 is a monoclonal antibody drug candidate that acts as an antagonist of NKG2A (killer cell lectin-like receptor C1), a checkpoint inhibitor expressed on natural killer (NK) and T cells. By blocking NKG2A, HY-0102 aims to enhance the anti-tumor immune response. It is being developed for the treatment of locally advanced and metastatic solid tumors—including head and neck cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, urothelial cancer, pancreatic cancer—as well as metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and advanced malignant solid neoplasms. The drug is administered intravenously and is currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials. The original developer is Shanghai HyaMab Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with Shanghai Yingli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. also involved in its development[1][3][4].
