Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY-07121 is a novel bispecific antibody fusion protein designed for cancer immunotherapy. It targets multiple immune checkpoints and cytokine pathways by combining anti-PD-1 and anti-TIGIT activities with IL-15/IL-15Rα agonism. The drug is intended to enhance the efficacy of tumor immunotherapy by both supplementing immune cell sources (increasing effector cells) and restoring the function of exhausted immune cells, thereby overcoming acquired resistance to immunotherapies. Developed as an injectable biologic, it is currently being evaluated in phase 1/2 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors[1][3][5][7].
