Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY-1010 is an investigational topical spray formulation developed by West China Hospital of Sichuan University for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (AGA). The drug is currently being evaluated in a clinical trial (ChiCTR2500096521) involving healthy adult men with Hamilton-Norwood grade 3–5 hair loss. The study aims to assess the safety and efficacy of nine different spray formulations of HY-1010 over a 16-week period, focusing on improvements in hair density and local hair counts. As a topical treatment, HY-1010 is designed to address the miniaturization of hair follicles characteristic of AGA and promote hair regrowth.
