Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY-1770 is an investigational multispecific therapeutic candidate, likely a trispecific antibody, being developed by Suzhou Pharmavan Cancer Research Center for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. It is designed to simultaneously target three key inflammatory mediators: Interleukin-17A (IL-17A), Interleukin-17F (IL-17F), and the Interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) subunit. By inhibiting these pathways, HY-1770 aims to provide a comprehensive blockade of both Th2 (IL-4/IL-13) and Th17 (IL-17) signaling, which are central to the complex inflammatory milieu of atopic dermatitis. The drug is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
