Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY0001a is a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting CUB domain containing protein 1 (CDCP1) and microtubule tubulin. The conjugate is designed to inhibit both CDCP1, a cell surface protein implicated in tumor progression and metastasis, and tubulin, a key cytoskeletal protein critical for cell division. Preclinical studies demonstrated strong anti-tumor efficacy in a target- and dose-dependent manner. HY0001a is being evaluated as an intravenous infusion for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors in an ongoing Phase I/II clinical trial. The dose escalation and expansion trial aims to determine safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, maximum tolerated dose, and preliminary antitumor activity[1][3][7].
