Drug intelligence / Profile preview
HY6-F9WT is a **wild-type monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting fentanyl**, developed for the **treatment and prevention of fentanyl overdose and opioid use disorder**. This mAb binds selectively to fentanyl and fentanyl analogues, neutralizing their effects. In preclinical studies, HY6-F9WT demonstrated efficacy in reducing fentanyl-induced effects and lowering brain fentanyl levels in animal models. Its functional duration and pharmacokinetics have been compared with Fc-engineered variants designed for enhanced neonatal Fc receptor (FcRn) affinity and extended half-life. HY6-F9WT is the unmodified (wild-type) parental antibody in these studies[1][3][4][5].
