Overview
I-DROP VET PLUS is a sterile, viscoadaptive lubricating eye drop formulated for veterinary use in dogs, cats, horses, and other animals suffering from acute or seasonal dry eyes. Its primary active ingredient is 0.25% hyaluronan (hyaluronic acid), a naturally occurring biopolymer that binds water to provide immediate and lasting hydration and lubrication of the ocular surface with every blink. The formulation also includes glycerin for additional moisture retention and comfort. The product supplements the animal’s natural tear film by stabilizing and refreshing it with each application. It is recommended for mild to moderate dry eye conditions but not for use in infected eyes or as a substitute for prescription medications in severe cases[1][3][4][5].
